dispute raised - unauthorised - unfair/one sided system

received some money from my soon to be ex wife, paying for goods i asked to be compensated for.

 

note attached to payment, specifying exactly that.

 

dispute raised, and closed, without me being able to have an input at all??

 

How is that remotely ok??

 

How can anyone see that as being "unauthorised" when there is a message attached to the payment noting specifically why the payment was for???

 

Why was i told, reply within 10 days, but, the case was closed in one??

 

Where is my protection??
