Hi all. yesterday paypa closed my case saying the seller says the item had been delivered, which I have had no item, how do i open the case again. Thankyou
do not let them close case, call them, send another claim, whatever you have to do, thats how you end up without your funds back, you got to be on paypal about the issue, dont let up,if you dont do another claim or complain before that week is up, you will lose out, so stay on them however you got to do it...
