i had to fight for 2 months with a charge i got from someone, never got stuff and the way they do it, is make you think they are in usa, then when you go to look to see a little more info on them, you find they are foreign and you cant just call, you go to look for info all over to contact, try to get refund, you got to fight with paypal more then who takes your money, they can make the change and do refund, do not give up, keep calling, sending emails, etc. whatever you got to do, tell them your info and whatever you know about the company or people, etc. i see if you dont answer within the week you first file complaint, they drop it, dont let them do that, keep fighting, if they let this fraud take my funds, when they should of warned me since they know they are frauds, i will never pay them for it.. so , good luck.
