Hi I am having a problem with<removed>. The company advertised an Electric hydraulic floor jack which I ordered over a month ago paid for with PayPal. Two days ago a small package arrived from this company labelled for Customs declaration as the floor jack I ordered. Inside the package was an empty 8x6 plastic box.Communication with this seller is almost impossible and so I have requested help from PayPal to obtain for me a full refund. On going.

has anyone had bad dealings with this seller if so please contact PayPal to report you experience. Thanks.

That would be great, but name an alternative. Must retailers only offer paypal. They need a button for 'other'.

IT ISN'T PAYPAL that is the problem...it is Zzrays Co. Ltd. They are scammers.

But it is also Paypal's responsibility. They continue to allow this company to accept payments by Paypal even though it is obviously a scam.

I also ordered the jack and over a month after I received an small empty plastic box. What can be done about this?

This is a scam company. I have just send them beack a package in order to get full refund also asked paypal for refund for the amount of the delivery beack to China...hop that get may mony back

Has anyone actually received a refund from this company. Hubby purchased a projector with various seasonal scenes £38 ish weeks ago. Wednesday what we had delivered was a very small package inside were 2 thin sheets ( the screens) these should have come with frames and of course the projector!!!! We have made our complaint to paypal and through " Melody" we think melody is the middle guy who arw saying they have no information on his purchase. We have sent photos of our delivery and the reference number . Yep......Scammers !!!

I ordered the same the advert says projector with screen and all I got was the screen .not going to bother trying to get anything back because it'll probably cause more grief than it's worth to be honest
