Hi I am having a problem with<removed>. The company advertised an Electric hydraulic floor jack which I ordered over a month ago paid for with PayPal. Two days ago a small package arrived from this company labelled for Customs declaration as the floor jack I ordered. Inside the package was an empty 8x6 plastic box.Communication with this seller is almost impossible and so I have requested help from PayPal to obtain for me a full refund. On going.

has anyone had bad dealings with this seller if so please contact PayPal to report you experience. Thanks.

Same  here and the worst thing is that Paypal is now supporting the fraud-vendors instead of protecting their own clients........  the vendor just need to say that the item has been delivered and Paypal rejects the claim .........maybe it's time to stop doing business with them and trust our credit card companies who are giving us a better protection

I order the hands that you put in cement and never received it, paypal closed my case and told me it was shipped so its a dead issue, i want my money back and this company will not win...

I did too too. I got **bleep** on the same item. I have been going back and forth since September. The latest email last night was they will not pay the shipping back for the crap item they did send because I did not buy the "special shipping insurance" I plan on fighting until the end! I have nothing better to do with my extra time right now.

I ordered the same thing and received a broken dollar store item that was in 50000 pieces. I sent emails back and forth for months and then finally got one that said it was too late there was nothing they could do. THIS IS A COMPANY OF SCAMMERS!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!! THEY WILL JUST STEAL YOUR MONEY!!!

I ordered the same hand mold plaster kit and 3 months later I received a pinart 3 dimensional pin sculpture, it's that kid toy that you lay your hand on and it makes the print out of plastic pins, probably $3 at Walmart.  They told me I should sell it to someone who wants it as a gift to get my money back?  Really!!!  I still have an open dispute and now they want me to return the item to China for my refund.  The return will cost more than the original item I never received.  It's a total scam and as someone said to trust our credit card companies, I think that may be a good idea because the list of scammers is growing and they are doing nothing about it.

the pin art thing is what I received only it was broken so in order to use it you would need to put all the pins back into it. They argued back and forth and finally said that it was too late to resolve it. SCAMMERS!!!

Yep, I also ordered the Projector and received a plastic sheet. Lodged dispute with PayPal but doubt I will get money back judging by these comments. Mine was also melody

this company would not let me cancel an order and only replied once the item was shipped , thus allowing funds to transfer from my account (LEGAL) .when clicking on the "bundle " button and adding to" cart" when you go to pay its actually the screen that's in your cart(again legal in their eyes) so it looks like that's what you ordered and you have no case. this is clearly misleading as everyone seems to have the same complaint.

they also offered me a discount when i asked for an return address. ( not good practise for a real company) and also asked me not to dispute this with PayPal. Where is the protection for your customers PayPal??????
