Hi I am having a problem with<removed>. The company advertised an Electric hydraulic floor jack which I ordered over a month ago paid for with PayPal. Two days ago a small package arrived from this company labelled for Customs declaration as the floor jack I ordered. Inside the package was an empty 8x6 plastic box.Communication with this seller is almost impossible and so I have requested help from PayPal to obtain for me a full refund. On going.

has anyone had bad dealings with this seller if so please contact PayPal to report you experience. Thanks.

I ordered a weather station from this company and received a small black box, no idea what it’s for. PayPal now says I received the shipment? I have NOT received the weather station! Have no idea so far if I will lose my money on this issue. 
This company is definitely a scam in my view! It remains to be seen if PayPal will resolve this issue.

We must group together to force PayPal to protect their members from scammers like Zzrays Co ltd.

How on earth can they not only promote this Company but then rule against their honest members on pathetic grounds.

In my case a refund was denied due to me not signing an affidavit which they were suppose to have sent to me but didn't.

This is despite the Customs Declaration listing the sent item as a electric hydraulic car jack weighing in at - wait for it -10 ounces and a value of 6 US dollars.I paid 38 US dollars.

The parcel contain an Empty plastic box 9x6x3".

Total fraud. Keep clear.

Yes I have had problems also. Order a talking standing witch for 50.00. Received a small hanging scull that screams. Have e mailed them over and over. And sent pics only to have them say your item was delivered. Your item was delivered. Yada yada yada

This is just a scam of a company ,how can Paypal and Facebook let this company trade ,they should block all transactions and advertising it would save them a lot of back tracking with consumer complaints and refunds

Couldn't agree more. I ordered a Weather Station and a turntable from them and was sent a tiny panel thermometer and a cheap Bluetooth speaker instead! These scammers should be banned, then found and prosecuted! No

Order a werewolf mask costing around $42. The mask they sent was totally different and cost around £4 from Wish. Contacted them and they said it was the lighting and beautification but it was the same product. I asked to explain what they mean unto reply.Contacted PayPal just waiting for a reply. PayPal should ban them. A pity I can’t upload the photos. My friend and family were laughing at the mask

I ordered an enclosed litter tray and i received a collapsible feeding bowl.  It says cat litter tray on the envelope.  I have emailed but had no response so i have today taken it up with Paypal.  Ironically it was my first transaction using Paypal.

I, too, am having trouble with this company. I lodged a dispute with Paypal but they are siding with Zzray even though I have proof. So don't hold your breath waiting for help from Paypal.

Yes same here and paypal let me down and sided with this company,payed 39 dollars for a cheap bowl and cattoy instead of the drinking fountain i ordered
