I had an email saying my parcel been shipped with a tracking number. I replied to that email. The email just said custom 01. The best they offered me was 50% back. They started with 10, 20 then 30%. They said it will cost more money to return the item. I did point out that it cost around 6 Usd to be delivered so it’s only fair for me to pay the same to return it. When I asked for the return address and postcode they offered me 50%. Order a werewolf mask costing around $42. The mask they sent was totally different and cost around £4 from Wish. Contacted them and they said it was the lighting and beautification but it was the same product. I asked to explain what they mean unto reply.Contacted PayPal just waiting for a reply.
