Hey world. Not sure if I'm the only one receiving this invoice but just got an invoice for $20.00 from something called the Respond Fund for World Solidarity from the World Health Organization. Paypal won't let me dispute this invoice nor would I presume the WHO would send dubious invoices for donations through Paypal so I'm assuming it's a scam. Just curious if this is being sent out to others. Thanks!

@watts0312 is there an Activity or a Pay/Cancel dropdown as seen in this video?

If not, the community has mixed results some saying that PP staff tell them there is an invoice even though they cannot see it. Of course ignore the emails or send them to spoof at paypal - if WHO is really doing this to folks then it's appropriate to raise the unprofessionalism and shoddy ethics directly with pp. If WHO is not doing this, then PP should write a simple script to detect the WHO sponsored site as now being used in a scam or being used in violation of consumer's rights, and should be completely blocked by PP until the perpetrators cease the unethical solicitations.

I figured out how to cancel the invoice. For Paypal to allow this is ridiculous. Probably not even going to WHO.
