If you do NOT click the link from the "invoice" but you just go to your paypal login, if you do not see the invoice there, you could just ignore it, or forward the email to spoof@paypal.com I traced IPs for a friend and the "invoice" does originate from paypal and the page it presents does have a covid19 something org link which was registered March 5 via godaddy registrant is United Nations Foundation in DC. But I'm still skeptical if they get the money or some scammer, or if UN is a scammer in some of our opinion. Anyway if you cannot account for how you got the invoice, definitely send it to spoof@paypal.com I've gotten an FB conversation going on about this, maybe should make a youtube.com as well, so youtube can remove me, since they probably won't remove WHO or UN for violating community standards. If you do have the invoice and are not getting any answers from Paypal, then we raise a stink about that too.
