If you haven’t already registered for reimbursed return shipping do so now to be covered on your next return if it’s not applicable to this return.
Do not know if calling customer service to explain the situation may help you get a refund without a return but try it...typically it is policy that...

Winning a Significantly not as described claim do mean the seller is forced to accept a return and refund you and you’re supposed to return item on your dime and get reimbursed if eligible.

Failing that, do a chargeback through your card issuer, if you paid by card.
