Hello! So I opened my account but I failed to link my bank account or any card to paypal but I succesfully connected it to mpesa. After receiving some money, my account was limited by paypal. So my question is, when the 180 days end how will I withdraw the money? I'm not an American citizen so I don't have a US bank account and also I hadn't connected any account to my paypal. Will it be possible for me to connect to my local bank account in order to withdraw my money(there is a local bank which is supported by paypal for withdrawals) or will I be allowed to use mpesa. Any help will be appreciated.
