Ordered a hair colour treatment from JIADI CO LTD after saw their ads on Facebook/Instagram on February 2020 and paid via PayPal but never got my order until today (15 May 2920). I contacted JIADI couple time but never got a solution. I filled a complaint to PayPal resolution centre but didn't work as they close my case because of PayPal's view, I didn't escalate the case but in fact I escalated but never got response from the seller!!!!
I ordered shoes in March and sent 3 emails each one was replied to with what seemed decent excuses but still not arrived . Sent email 2 days ago to cancel my order and it doesn’t recognise the email address anymore . I’ve sent the company a message through PayPal to resolve and have to wait until July before I can pursue further . On reading your messages it seems I will be losing just under a £100 if they are scammers . I really can’t afford to lose this amount and not very technical minded can anyone suggest a way in which to sort this please 😏
I've screen shot these threads as evidence towards the seller being a scammer. It can't be every one of us who have not received items or given false tracking information without PayPal taking note! Collect evidence and present as much to PayPal as you can!
Yes I have had a problem with this company. I ordered head band training ball for my grandson and it came with missing parts. No clips to hold the ball in place on the head band. Totally useless. I have escalated via PayPal as JIADI will not replace item. They said I can send it back to CHINA for a "possible" refund, The postage to CHINA is more than the cost of the item.
No doubt that this is a scam company and I am surprised PayPal have not put a stop to it. I am currently pursuing a refund through PayPal resolution process but it just takes forever because they are waiting for a response from the seller, ha,ha THEY ARE NEVER GOING TO GET IT because it is a scam.
Total scam. After a month waiting for a package that never left China. When I filed a paypal claim they waited until the last day and provided totally different tracking numbers that showed delivered. Never got anything. How can paypal support having this scam on their platform?
I agree 100% with this. They are operating a fraudulent business and keep getting away with it. They need to be closed down. PayPal should not be working with them. I'm in dispute for an item with missing parts and I want my money back. I'm not feeling too confident !
