I feel sorry and angry that you have been yet another victim of this fraud. It just goes on and on. Your experience is exactly the method of operation they use and they get away with it 100% of the time. It costs more to send the items back to China than the cost of the item itself. Jiadi and Hermes are the worst combination you could ask for. Impossible to contact either company and then when you add Jiadi into the mix you have a catastrophe. PayPal need to STOP dealing with Jiadi.

If it helps you, my complaint was upheld by PayPal when I consistently reminded them they were aiding a Scam company. I had a full refund. I had also focused on the matter that it would cost me more to return the faulty item to China than it did to purchase the item in the first place. This is what Jiadi count on and most people give up. I think they are making thousands and thousands of US Dollars and GB pounds on this Fraudulent activity.
