Does anyone have any experience with this vendor: JIADI CO., LIMITED?

They process payment before product delivery.  

Are the for real, or a scam?

I had a very bad experience with Jiadi Co Ltd and would certainly not recommend buying from them.  It was not clear that my shoes would be coming from China when I made the order.  The payment was taken straight away.  It took a long time for them to arrive (and I wasn't sure if they actually would).  When they did arrive I had been sent the wrong size.  They initially refused any kind of refund.  After going through the PayPal Resolution process I was offered a full refund and instructed to provide tracking details.  I made an enquiry about the seller being responsible for the cost of the return of the shoes as it was there error and this was in line with their terms on conditions on their website.  I never got a response to this and my case was denied before the deadline I had to provide tracking information.  I have since tried contacting Jiadi again but they are no longer responding to me.  I am now left out of pocket and also with the shoes which are not the size I ordered.  I have seen lots of other comments from other people who are also very unhappy and would urge anyone not to buy from them.

I feel sorry and angry that you have been yet another victim of this fraud. It just goes on and on. Your experience is exactly the method of operation they use and they get away with it 100% of the time. It costs more to send the items back to China than the cost of the item itself. This is something they are fully aware of and know nothing can be done. They are laughing at us all!!!!!

I also purchased from Jiadi. Cosmetics for my wife.

No goods have arrived months on and the same lame automated cut and paste replies form China.

Getting to the point hat I am losing all faith in buying form China and the "safety net" that Paypal provides.

A month on Paypal have yet to make a decision. You would think that if goods are not delivered within 3 months and the reputation of a company is soooo very bad that Paypal would come to an easy decision. Moreover Jiadi's ability to con more people via Paypal should be stopped by account suspension.
