Does anyone have any experience with this vendor: JIADI CO., LIMITED?

They process payment before product delivery.

Are the for real, or a scam?

Please tell need that PayPal has not given this company a good rating as so many people have been scammed by them. I ordered something from them 2 months ago for a total of $33.29, and I can't even get them to respond. I just want my merchandise. But if you're not going to send it I want my money back. I'm not funding their children's college education. I'm just trying to get my eyebrow pencils. At this time, says they won't even respond, I would like a refund. When PayPal is paid from my bank it's done within a hair's breadth of my ordering. I expect my refund in just as quick a manner. PayPal can fight with them since they decide to do business with them. I Will Not waste My Time fighting with a company that doesn't even bother to respond to customers that have already spent their money with them!

They must be stopped but how?It is outrageous and plain fraud. Very sad for all purchasers.

Just checked my status and the decision date has now gone out to 30th June. Not bad seeing that the purchase was on 13th April. They have provided alleged proof of delivery at 9.47 am on 22nd May 2020 "delivered and signed for". Strange that on that day I have 165 email alerts for 24 hrs from 4 security cameras around my property and not one of them shows anyone turning up with a delivery!!

All I can do is wait for the resolution and take it from there. Seeing that others are also continuing to be scammed it might be worth a mention to trading standards as well as the FCA although I have found trading standards to be utterly useless in the past.

Sadly, in my opinion, the law these days is the preserve of the rich and it only exists to ensure that the extremely wealthy and the corporates can get away with whatever crime they want to commit.

Seems to be too true! Yet it's the non-rich who seem to be hurt by these scammers the worst!

Hello fellow victims,

Well, surprise surprise after 3 months I have finally had my claim denied and have shown the relevant extract from the email received, below:

We received the claim(s) you opened on 7 May 2020.

We've reviewed the transaction(s) and are denying your claim(s). This decision was made because we received shipment tracking from the merchant confirming that the merchandise was delivered.

There is now no doubt in my mind that PayPal are complicit in these scams. PayPal has not acted neither impartially nor professionally in this matter and it has left a very sour taste. If they were impartial the very least they would have done is to provide me with a copy of the shipment tracking and request my comments but no, they have no interest in seeking the truth because they are up to their eyeballs in it.

I shall now revert to my credit card company to seek a chargeback as they have been kept in the loop from day one. I will take their advice as to whether or not it is appropriate to submit a complaint to the FCA about PayPal.

I hope your cases work out for you all.

Cheers

Graham

I am so sorry to read this update on your claim. I have followed your postings and had hoped you would get the result you are entitled to. I feel lucky that I managed to get my refund.  Let's hope your credit card company help you.

Hi Mike,

My Credit Card company refunded the money in a blink but I said to them that whilst I appreciate them looking after me they are still allowing the scam to continue by not recovering the money from PayPal.

This is precisely why crime pays these days because the cost of pursuing a claim is uneconomic.

They were surprised and unaware that the scam was widespread and agreed that I should submit a complaint to the FCA. I appreciate that individually we are talking pennies but I will follow this through because I simply hate crime in whatever form it takes.

Best regards

Graham

Thank you for the update Graham. I am so pleased you have your money back, but like you, very disappointed that the scammers appear to be still winning!! They must be making thousands and thousands of pounds/dollars. They are as bad a drug dealers. Low life..... All the best Mike

So very true. Only wish people were inherently honest instead of so many being dishonest to make a buck at the sake of others.
