I ordered shoes in March and sent 3 emails each one was replied to with what seemed decent excuses but still not arrived . Sent email 2 days ago to cancel my order and it doesn’t recognise the email address anymore . I’ve sent the company a message through PayPal to resolve and have to wait until July before I can pursue further . On reading your messages it seems I will be losing just under a £100 if they are scammers . I really can’t afford to lose this amount and not very technical minded can anyone suggest a way in which to sort this please 😏
