The link to upload documents for account limitation issue DOESNT display the UPLOAD file section

This has been frustrating to me already. For a huuuge company, the customer service is painfully slow. How many threads should I create just to have a clear conversation with a good PayPal agent who can actually help me?

 

As mentioned, the link is still active but the page where I can submit necessary documents that you're asking from me so you can verify my account and lift the limitation IS BLANK. (check picture below)

 

 

 

The option to upload my file is NO LONGER there. So, I am now frustrated because I DO NOT KNOW WHERE TO SUBMIT IT AND YOUR REVIEWING TEAM APPARENTLY DEPENDS ON THAT OPTION.

 

<Removed> (a PayPal Agent I was talking to but can no longer respond because our thread has been closed already without answering my final question) promised me that he's gonna manually attach the files for me and forward it to the right team, but it was not assured. So, I just wanna make sure that these files are now in my account and are to be reviewed by the team who lifts the limitation. I AM SO TIRED OF REPEATING MYSELF BECAUSE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS VERRRY SLOW RESPONSE TIME. This is absolutely absolutely frustrating to me who has a team to pay but I cannot because my funds are still on hold. I need your help. Thank you.
