I had a no notice limitation placed on my personal account and get no one from PayPal will/can explain why I wasn’t notified, and what caused the limitation. Customer service keeps routing me to the Resolution Center. The resolution center shows no issues. I attempted to resolve the issue via phone and email but my US State Dept issued passport card was declined. This issue has led me to delete my PayPal account but I can’t do that because of the limitation. I tried to delete my confirmed bank accounts and credit cards but can’t because of the limitation. At this point I am submitting a formal complaint to the San Jose BBB.
