Delays in response in accordance to PayPal limitations

Hello, I provided my details required by the PayPal to resolve my PayPal account under limitations but it has took the servers more than 2 weeks without any response. Kindly help, faster is possible

Everything is taking longer at the moment including payment releases / disputes / refunds / withdrawals etc as Paypal is working with reduced staff and in difficult circumstances due to covid, hope you get it reviewed soon.
