Reopen a dispute

Need to reopen a dispute with PayPal as they closed it with no apparent reason. Contacted them via phone call and they charged me over £50 for that single phone call! I was then charged again £20 to send the item back! I then was charged over $35 for an item that was not described properly. Online agents are no use and emails will not send. I can’t seem to get anywhere with this. P.s PayPal accepted the case but closed it due to no tracking details although I have proof that I had sent them.

No I am not doing well. The options are not as you describe them. This is simple... the details have been laid out for you but I'll do it again. Case number: PP-D- 56790065 1. The item was not as advertised 2. PayPal upheld my dispute 3. I was unable to log my tracking details through my PayPal account after returning the goods. 4. I had to do this by telephone 5. The call to tour call centre cost me £51.53 6. I have email proof of all this. 7. PayPal then closed my case by mistake. 8. PayPal are now avoiding their responsibility. My claim is as follows. Goods $34.97 Postage £20.00 Phone bill £51.53 Please dont send me on another wild goose chase, your system is not set up as you advise so I cannot follow your procedures as the steps are not there to be followed. Just refund my money please. Thank you

Yet again, I am getting emails from PayPal which ask me to follow their appeal system but when I follow the procedures exactly as instructed the options described are not there. Your company is a disgrace.
