Hi @nolicantor Welcome to PayPal Community. Hope you are doing fine. About your concern, can you verify the status of the payment on your PayPal account? If it shows as Completed, this means the payment did go through and you won't be able to cancel it. It is possible that the money is sent to a different email address of the seller. If the payment shows Unclaimed, it's either the email address that the eBay seller used for the item is not yet registered to PayPal or is still unconfirmed. For the 2 scenarios, here is where you can check the email address where your payment was sent to: 1. Go to Activity/Recent Activity page of your PayPal account. 2. Click on the transaction then you'll be prompted to the transaction details page where you can see the seller's email address Have it verified through eBay or the seller so he/she can accept the money in his/her PayPal account in that way your transaction can be completed. ... Did you not receive your order or is there an issue with the bike upon receipt? If you have any issues with the order and the company's website doesn't exist anymore, here’s how to find the seller’s contact information: On the Summary page of your PayPal account, select the transaction On the transaction details page, use the contact information to send the seller an email. If you still won't get any response from the seller, you can file a dispute on the Resolutiom Center page of your PayPal account so we can assist you further. Upon reading the content of the email, i can confirm that it is not a legit email from PayPal based from how you were addressed on the email, the urgency for you to respond to the email and I also believe that there is a link provided on the statement "Click Here TO Verify Now". We advise you not to click on any links provided and also to forward the email to Spoof@paypal.com and we’ll investigate it for you. After you send us the email, delete it from your inbox.
