Did you not receive your order or is there an issue with the bike upon receipt? If you have any issues with the order and the company's website doesn't exist anymore, here’s how to find the seller’s contact information: On the Summary page of your PayPal account, select the transaction On the transaction details page, use the contact information to send the seller an email. If you still won't get any response from the seller, you can file a dispute on the Resolutiom Center page of your PayPal account so we can assist you further.
