So when my account got limited PayPal had asked me to resend an email once i turn 18 to remove the limitation from my account. When i try that i just keep getting an automated response saying i should check resolution center but that just says my account is limited without any steps to solve so rn i have no idea how to contact an actual human as i can't call them anymore either
