Paypal took my money. Please return it as promised.

After Paypal took almost 8000USD from my account, without any valid reason, i reported the matter. I then received the following email from the executives office. JUST TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO EMAIL SENT TO ME OR MY INBOX. I SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT NUMEROUS TIMES JUST TO FIND AN EMPTY INBOX. THEY STILL DID NOT RETURN MY MONEY EITHER. PLEASE PAYPAL DO THE RIGHT THING AND KEEP TO YOUR PROMISES! IT IS LONGER THAN 72 HOURS. NOTHING IN MY INBOX. PLEASE RETURN MY MONEY. SAIFSYED8904
The email below was sent to me, but PAYPAL did not do as they promised.

I had someone put money on my PayPal from their PayPal through the bank account and I ended up sending that to them while they were in jail now two months later I'm being charged $600 and they're taking money off my account and won't put it back and they won't give me no response neither I don't know if PayPal is really the app to go through
