Paypal permanently limited

Please how i remove my bank account and credit card in my limited paypal account i can't remove it how i remove it please help me

Bank accounts and cards cannot be removed from limited accounts. This is to prevent that information to be used again to open another account.

I open new account and i can't add my bank and card in this because my accounts add my my old limit account

Welcome to the PayPal community and thank you for your post.

If you open another PayPal account, while there is a limitation in place on the previous one, the new account will eventually become limited as well.

I would advise you to resolve the limitation on the original account.
