I recently opened a Paypal account, only to receive money from my family, After receiving the money through friends and family, I tried to accept it and Transfer it. The Paypal site would not allow me To Request A Paper Check, it keep redirecting me , I Then Tried To transfer it with a debit card and again Paypal would not allow me, Paypal basically forced me to open a cash account at which time Paypal limited my account, I was able to resolve my account and then Paypal would not allow me To transfer money even though my account was completely resolved and working. I Donated $10 dollars to wounded war vets and Paypal limited my account again. I submitted the same info as before when my account limits were resolved. I only have two transactions on my account, receive money and a 10 dollar donation, paypal claims I have multiple suspicious transactions and permanently limited my account. I
