There is no feedback button on my Paypal. The service was terrible but I am not allowed to rank it? They have now closed my 'Resolution Center' messaging without asking permission OR fixing my problem - what's going on Paypal???
As you haven't given any information on the reason for the dispute / which one you opened / if you escalated / why it was closed etc then sadly can't advise.
