PayPal unfair resolutions

PayPal decided to hold my account for 180 days based on their policies. I have a first and middle name. My e mail address had my 1st name and my account name has my middle name. They called my account fraudulent and hold my funds for already 5 months. Have any of you have to deal with this situation ? It feels horrible, disappointing and very disrespectful that they acuse you of not being the person you are after you send copies of birth certificatea, social security and all types of documents showing your identity.
