Im not able to answer any of the current 2 chargebacks on my Paypal account which one is escalated and one of them I'm not able to respond because it says Please try again. Does anyone have any clues on how to fix this?
I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty with cases in the Resolution center. Please try clearing the cookies and cache in your browser and restart the browser. If the problem persists, please reach out to customer service for assistance updating the cases with new information and reporting the technical issue.
