negative balance. i’ve had a negative balance on my paypal for a mistake that paypal had made. i resolved it and then a few days later it says there’s more negative balance but i never spent anymore money for it to make a mistake again. they are charging me a lot more for something i’ve already resolved. i had $69 to resolve which i did. now it’s asking for $9
