I need help. I'm getting chargebacks from an account that I have not dealt with in over 6 months and they got the items they purchased back then (tracking shows they got it). Now I'm getting chargebacks as of recent (august 17th and 18th 2021) that currently has me Negative $281.76 because no matter what evidence I have provided to PayPal has given money to the person in question... What do I do? I live on a fixed income and I don't have the money to pay that back and I don't feel I should have to because it's obvious that PayPal has morons working for them. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
