I am having a difficult time resolving a dispute with Pay Pal. When I follow their instructions to go to the resolution center and click to find the appeal its not there. I have tried several times and also used the message center which is a joke. I also found and tried calling them and was led down the same rabbit hole. Is it even worth trying to resolve? The seller I ordered from is fake and I am trying to let them know that. They claimed to be Patagonia but the item I ordered was completely different, fake and had holes in it UGH!!!!!
