Hello all.
This week I received an email telling me that my Paypal account had gotten limited access, and I cannot send nor receive money until the limit is removed. Inside the same email, I was told to head to my account, click the Notification bell, and follow the instructions given so I can verify my identity to lift the account limit.
The only problem is that I see no message in my notifications whatsoever. There is no alert, and I have no idea what to do. Any help is appreciated, cheers.

Hello @themelonninja,
Thank you for the post!
I'm sorry to hear that your account may have been limited. Before you do anything else, I recommend logging into your PayPal account by going to PayPal.com and changing your password and security questions. If there aren't any notifications within your account, then you may have received a phishing email. To determine if you have a limitation, you'll want to check the Resolution Center and Customer Identification Portal. If you don't have alerts in either location, your account is most likely in good standing.
I hope this helps!
