hello all

i don't understand why  my acc is limited i just opened ebay and link m ypaypal with bonanza , i didn't have any transaction but paypal told me to send  purchase recepit from supplier, but i didn't sell anything on ebay or bonanza .

 

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT PAYPAL MEAN
