I have still limited access after succesfull verification

Hello guys,

 

I have problem with my account verification. On the Home page I have Notification:

 

"Your account access is limited. Learn how to remove this limitation."

 

When I click to "see details" it shows me:

 

"Your account access is temporarily limited
 
We need you to take action on your account. Some features in your account will be limited until you perform certain tasks on your account. You will be able to regain access to these features once you've completed these.
Reference ID: PP-010-172-927-465"
 
And when I click to "Resolve" it shows me:
 

"Your business info is now confirmed!

 

You can now send and receive unlimited transactions.

Apply for the PayPal Business Debit Mastercard and turn
business purchases into cash back."

 

What can I do in this kind of situation? Verification appears to have been successful, but account is still limited and I can't do any transfer. Thanks for helping me.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
