I ordered an item (small sanding machine) from "my argon" in January 2020. By March when I hadn't received my order, after attempting to contact seller, I started a dispute. Seller provided a tracking number for the order and it finally arrived in April. Since the tracking number was valid, and I did receive a package with the same tracking number, PayPal closed my dispute. However the item I received was a package of sanding belts, not the sanding machine I ordered. I can't reopen the case or find the transaction in my purchase history now! This is obviously a fraudulent company after reading reviews online. Is there anyway to get my money refunded?

How did pay pal help with your refund. So far all they have offered to do is try to contact My argon for me. I know that they will not respond. Very curious as to how you got pay pal to help. I will never use pay pal again

PayPal really came through for me on this one. The company was completely unreachable by phone or email. Here is a synopsis of what I dealt with:
1. Ordered saw and blades
2. Received only blades
3. Opened a claim through PayPal with the chosen subject as "didn't receive item"
4. My claim was denied once the seller provided the tracking information
5. I reached out to PayPal again very upset that this happened. They changed the subject to reflect that the item wasn't as described and reopened the claim.
6. I was given return shipping information and instructed that once they received the item, I would receive my full refund.
7. The address was to Canada so I had to reach out to them for broker information.
8. PayPal said a full refund was issued and I didn't need to return the blades.
For this reason, I will continue to use PayPal as I have for years now. They definitely provided me the insurance to get my money back because without them, I would have been dealing with my credit card company which is atrocious!
Good luck.

I had a case exactly the same, this company- My Argon, is definitely a scammer, I am thinking to have a legal action against this company, I believe many people are victims of their game.

I am still waiting for a delivery for something purchased in April, almost three months ago. Wrote to the company : only got an empty automatic reply so far.
I am really surprised that this kind of fraud is tolerated content on Flipboard !
