My Argon - no Merchandise received

I am having problems with My Argon not sending my merchandise.  They even closed my dispute without my knowledge or permission.  Now Paypal will not even talk to me.  How did you get them to refund your money.   Paypal sent me a message about a tracking number, however though the label might have been printed, the merchandise still has not been received by the postal carrier.  

I'm hoping someone can give me information on the best way to get Paypal to help.

Please if anyone knows how and who to contact, please advise.
