I ordered an item (small cutting machine) from "my argon" in January 2020. By March when I hadn't received my order, after attempting to contact seller, I started a dispute. Seller provided a tracking number for the order and it finally arrived in April. Since the tracking number was valid, and I did receive a package with the same tracking number, PayPal closed my dispute. However the item I received was a package of cutting wheels, not the cutting machine I ordered. I can't reopen the case or find the transaction in my purchase history now! This is obviously a fraudulent company after reading reviews online. Is there anyway to get my money refunded?
