I had the exact, same issue only instead of a sander, I ordered a saw. I received blades but no saw. Originally, PayPal had settled the dispute in their favor because they provided tracking information. I had to go back to PayPal and they changed the subject of my dispute of "not received" to "not as described". I have been given an address to ship my item back to in order to receive a full refund but since it's in Canada, I'm being asked for broker info 😞 They need to provide return shipping labels but I've been unsuccessful so far. I'm grateful for PayPal because the contact information provided to me for My Argon is not even valid 😞 No answer to emails and the phone number is no good. Wish me luck as I attempt to ship this item back. My luck, it will get caught up in customs, they won't receive it, thus - no refund OR product to show for it.
