Is this a scam?

I am not active on PayPal. I rarely use it. I received a message from someone who said she “accidentally” sent money to the wrong email and wants her money back. But she’s asking for more money than she sent though just over a dollar more. Plus PayPal charged me a transaction fee. What should I do? I’ve received probably 5 emails requesting the money. What should I do?

As it was her mistake then i would offer her a part refund minus the fee you were charged (which is not returned as part of any refund sent).

Then click on the transaction and use the REFUND option at the bottom of that details page.
