Hi @jc4bulldogs I hope you are doing great today. I understand that you are open to issue a refund though the buyer hasn't opened or filed a dispute yet. I know that the buyer is unresponsive but you can still inform her/him about the missing accessories where you can only issue a "partial refund". Maybe that way she/he will respond to you. I know it's not fair if you'll issue a full refund and the buyer has the accessories. It looks like the buyer is confident that this will be resolved without Ebay or PayPal being involved. I strongly believe that you have a good selling history with no disputes because you can resolve it as soon as possible. Hi @JacqueLx  I know it's frustrating to find out that the item you've paid for was actually delivered to a different address. I just want to ask, have you already filed a dispute with PayPal? Do you have an active PayPal account? Also, it's best to get in touch with UPS to obtain a proof that it wasn't delivered  to your address. No worries,as long as you paid this for goods and services and you have PP account, you have PP Purchase Protection. It seems that you have a current case regarding that, if you were told that you need to return the item for full refund then, please do so. No worries, seller accepted our terms and conditions and this is part of it. Kindly add the return tracking number and once it shows "delivered" to the seller's return address, then we'll process/issue your refund. Please keep in mind once the case is closed it cannot be reopened. But, I just want to verify you said that you purchased an infrared thermometer but the handling fee is more expensive than the actual price of the product, right? It looks like you still haven't received the item, correct? Looking on the Case ID you've provided, this is for unauthorized transaction so the system denied it as it was authorized. I suggest please contact us directly so we can better assist you. Please go to paypal.com and as you scroll down please see "Contact" page and you can see the available options to get a hold of customer service. Hi @HDangerfield I know it's not your fault to receive a different item. But,you'll pay for the return which alnost half of your disputed amount. You mentioned about we kept on denying your claim.Did we include the reason of the denial on the email you received? If the seller just wanted you to return the item to get a full refund, you can check if you are eligible for a return. PayPal has free return shipping program and once you activated it and eligible we'll reimburse your return shipping cost up to $30. Hi @DjLol this is really concerning. I am just curious,did you receive any email from PayPal stating that someone filed a dispute regarding a specific transaction? How much is the dispute amount?Is it literally $.10? Then,you'll pay $1000 for chargeback? This is not possible. Please check that email,did we address you by your first and last name? Please hover over the sender's email if there's a different link associated with PayPal,then that is spoof where you can just forward to spoof@paypal.com. Hi @CWismyloginname thanks for bringing this up to our attention. You have right to open a dispute and request for a refund. Did you do the transaction within your PayPal Account,right? Were you trying to file a dispute using the app or website? Please use the website instead,click Help then look for Resolution Center. Once you click that you'll be asked to log in to your account and can proceed to file a dispute "Item NOT Received" if you're still having trouble doing it you may contact us directly. Just look for Contact page on our website and see what available options you have to get a hold of customer service. We can file a dispute for you. I apologize if it didn't work the way it should be.
