So I opened up a dispute about someone about 2 weeks ago because I ordered something online and the guy never gave me the item. So the dispute was open for about 2 weeks then I come back this morning and see that the case is closed and i have this message "We've finished reviewing this case. You don't need to do anything further at this time". Does this mean I lost the case??
