Once I file a dispute (not a claim) as a buyer will the money that I sent to the seller be put on hold?

Thank You! I believe I got scammed from the seller and I really want to know if their (my money that I sent) gets put on hold until the dispute gets resolved.

Yes, all disputes have the amount held until outcome of claim.
