I DESPERATELY need to speak to a real person at paypal

The last time I asked this question, someone came along and marked an answer as solved when it didn't remotely answer my question.  How do I get to speak to a REAL person at Paypal?  A seller that I suspect of a con, has given me a WRONG... NON-EXISTENT  ADDRESS to return the goods to.  I HAVE ALREADY MADE A COMPLAINT WITHPAYPAL.  The automatic process WON'T ALLOW ME TO ASK A QUESTION, it will only allow me to put in a tracking number for the return BUT THERE IS NO SUCH ADDRESS AS THE ONE THEY TELL ME TO SEND THE GOODS BACK TO (see details below).  HOW DO I FIND A PAYPAL PERSON TO MAKE THEM GIVE ME A CORRECT ADDRESS???

 

I bought these Wonda bras and they arrived not at all what was described and not remotely fit for the purpose.  So they want me to return them at my expense to an address that says a post office box first in Slovakia then Malta underneath.   Well this is two different countries and adds to my concerns about the con nature of this purchase.  So how can I ask a live person in Paypal to get the proper address from them?  I want to go through Paypal because this mob feels very shifty to me.  AND  they reckon I only get a refund on the unopened packets.  Well I had to open one to discover that they were utter garbage - not as described AND incredibly painful.    I've been thinking that's one way of getting sales one at a time!  So how do I find a live person in Paypal to ask to make these people do the right thing and give me ALL my money back?  They're waiting for a tracking number from postage, but if I send it to the address they gave me, god knows where it will go. Round the world and back here to me no doubt.  I'm worried that might be  deliberate.

AND does Paypal stop them from taking that money out of their account until the dispute is resolved?  Because Paypal's reputation is why I made the purchase through them.

Send a message on Paypal on Facebook?  Great.  Try and PM them?  You get an automated response.  Same as on their website.  Call?  You get an automated response.  THERE ARE NO LIVE PEOPLE WORKING AT PAYPAL.  I'm still trying to get a refund deposited in my account that's over 5 days old and I can't speak to anyone to ask them WHY THEY ARE SITTING ON MY MONEYH
