How to cancel a dispute

I can't cancel a dispute, 

On the case summary page, the case says it is being reviewed. 

on the case ID when I click on it, I click on view but there is no option to close dispute

Sounds as if you have already escalated it to a claim and its not now a dispute??

If so then you would need to contact customer services to cancel it.
