How do I add a debit or credit card to my account?

Please Help

 i don't have any credit card already linked to my account then i got paypal permanently limited account i waited for 180 days  then paypal told me Your PayPal Funds are Eligible for Withdrawal after that i want to link my debit card to my account , it can't it tells me  There's problem with your account. Please go to the resolution center so we can help you resolve this quickly. Please Help

Has to be a credit visa card in your country.

If you can't add it then.........

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
