Hi all,
So recently I had to open a dispute on two items I am awaiting sellers response, if the seller does not respond in the time frame PayPal have set what happens after?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
Once a buyer has opened a dispute and escalated it to a claim, a seller has 10 days to respond, giving us enough information for the claim investigation. If no information is provided within that timeframe, the case will automatically close in the buyer's favour and the money will be refunded.
