I FILED A CLAIM AGAINST A SELLER BECAUSE I NEVER GOT MY ORDER. IT WAS A LYNDA CARTER WONDER WOMAN CARDBOARD STAND UP FOR MY WIFE WHO IS RECOVERING FROM HEART SURGERY. $46.17!!!! SHE IS A HUGE WONDER WOMAN FAN AND I WANTED TO MAKE HER HAPPY.
SELLER ANNETTE <removed> SENT A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER. IT SAID I GOT THE PACKAGE APRIL 25TH BUT I DIDN'T ORDER UNTIL MAY 7TH.
SO HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE??
YET PAYPAL IN IT'S INFINITE WISDOM(SARCASTIC) RULED AGAINST ME. I CAN'T EVEN DISPUTE THE DECISION. I HAVE ORIGINAL EMAIL AS PROOF.

DM-ed AskPaypal on twitter - no response
Call centers everywhere are closed
I wonder what is PayPal doing to help us

APPEAL !!!!
To submit an appeal on the dispute that was closed, PayPal asks that you obtain a detailed report from the shipper OR COURIER (on their letterhead or some other form of official stationary) that includes the address the seller gave them for the shipment or that includes a statement mentioning your address and saying the item was delivered to a different address.
When you have that, contact PayPal via phone (log on to your account and click Contact at the bottom of the page), via Facebook (send a Private Message to PayPal) or via Twitter (send a Direct Message to @AskPayPal) and say you want to appeal the denial of the dispute based on the shipper saying the item was delivered to a different address. Once it's submitted (you will be provided with directions on how to do that), the dispute will be reviewed further and a determination will be made.
Advice is voluntary.

@kernowlass how do you get into contact with Paypal at the moment? I tried all the options you mentioned above but PayPal isn't responding to me at all
