Do I launch a dispute?

Hi there. I’ve purchased something from China from a reputable company and I’m sure everything will be fine but delivery will not be within the 45 day cut off period. Do I just launch a dispute so I am covered just in case? Thank you.

If you make the payment through "Goods and services" then your purchase falls under "Buyer Protection Policy". If you purchased something and would like a refund because you haven't received it, or it's not as described, you can file a dispute in our Resolution Center to start the process of getting your money back. You have 180 days from the transaction date to initiate a dispute. Here's the article to know more about buyer protection.
