Hi
We paid for a web developer company using PayPal to develop our website and our mobile app, but they have not done the work, we have filed a dispute and the dispute was not resolved, mentioning that it is not covered under buyer's protection. What can we do to refund back the money we paid for services not received?

You have to call paypal customer service and tell them what happened and they will refund you the money instead of doing it online

Will they refund if the payment was done more than 180 days? if yes, can you kindly provide the number to reach them on? thanks
